Three emperors and five sovereigns

The three emperors and five emperors are the legendary "Emperors" in China before the Xia Dynasty. Now it seems that they are all tribal leaders, and because of their strength, they have become leaders of the tribal alliance. It is generally believed that they should belong to Mongolian race. Basically, whether according to myths and legends or historical records, it is believed that the age of the three emperors was earlier than that of the five emperors. But different historians have different definitions of "Three Emperors and five emperors". There are five theories about the three emperors and five theories about the five emperors. Sanhuangsuiren, Fuxi, Shennong Fuxi, Nuwa, Shennong Fuxi, zhurong, Shennong Fuxi, Shennong, Gonggong Fuxi, Shennong and Huangdi were promoted because of the influence of Shangshu. Fuxi, Shennong and Huangdi became the three oldest emperors in China. In addition, Weishu in the Han Dynasty called the three emperors the emperor, the emperor of the earth and the emperor of the people, the three gods. Later, in Taoism, the three emperors were divided into three groups: the first three emperors had human form; the middle three emperors had human face and snake body or dragon body; the second three emperors had snake body, namely Fuxi, the second one had snake body, namely Nuwa, and the third one had cow body, namely Shennong. Among them, the fourth is the most popular one, which is Huangdi, Zhuanxu, Diku, Yao, shunmi Opera (Fuxi), Shennong, Huangdi, Yao, shuntaihao, Yandi, Huangdi, SHAOHAO, Zhuanxu, SHAOHAO, Zhuanxu, Diku, Yao, shunhuangdi, SHAOHAO, Zhuanxu, Huo, Yao. At present, there are many controversies about the understanding of its history, but basically there is no dispute that China was in the primitive society during this period. As most of the existing materials in this historical period are entangled with myths and legends, it is difficult to judge the authenticity of many things. Now a popular saying (based on historical data) is that there was a tribe with the surname Ji in the Yellow River Valley, and the leader was the Yellow Emperor. The tribe lived in the middle of Shaanxi Province, mainly engaged in agricultural labor. There is also a tribe with the surname Jiang headed by Emperor Yan nearby, and friction often occurs between the two sides. The battle between the two tribes finally broke out. The Yellow Emperor defeated the Yan Emperor, and the two tribes formed an alliance. It is from this that the Chinese nation came into being. Today's Chinese call themselves "descendants of the Yellow River" also comes from this.
